Who owns the site?

Your name, logo, photos and reviews are always yours, and so is your domain. The website itself is yours once the first 6 months are paid. Until then it runs on my hosting, and you use it as long as you're on the plan.

What if I want to leave?

After 6 months, leave anytime with a month's notice. You keep the site, and I hand over the files and help you move it. Before 6 months, pay the rest of the 6 months and it's yours. Extras that run on my services (form messages, review texts, reports, weather alerts) stop when you leave.

What does "no upfront" mean?

You pay nothing to get started. I make the site, you approve it, and the monthly plan starts the day it goes live. The 6-month minimum is what makes $0 upfront work.

How fast?

Once you sign, your site is live in about two weeks.

What do the monthly updates cover?

You've got your own developer: me. Text me what you want changed (text, photos, hours, prices, services, reviews) and it's done, usually within 2 business days. Big new features and redesigns are quoted first.
