I'm Nathan. I handle your site personally, start to finish.

I'm from San Antonio and I'm a college student studying web development. You deal with me directly: no call center, no handoffs.

I also flip furniture, with 5.0 stars from 114 ratings on Facebook Marketplace. The things buyers rate me highest on are communication and punctuality, and that's how I run this too.

And I'm building AuraListed, an app for furniture flippers. The website work helps fund it.

Who owns the site?

Your name, logo, photos and reviews are always yours, and so is your domain. The website itself is yours once the first 6 months are paid. Until then it runs on my hosting, and you use it as long as you're on the plan.

What if I want to leave?

After 6 months, leave anytime with a month's notice. You keep the site, and I hand over the files and help you move it. Before 6 months, pay the rest of the 6 months and it's yours. Extras that run on my services (form messages, review texts, reports, weather alerts) stop when you leave.

What does "no upfront" mean?

You pay nothing to get started. I make the site, you approve it, and the monthly plan starts the day it goes live. The 6-month minimum is what makes $0 upfront work.

How fast?

Once you sign, your site is live in about two weeks.

What do the monthly updates cover?

The small stuff you ask for: text, photos, hours, prices, services, reviews. Usually done within two business days. Big new features and redesigns are quoted first.
